How to claim your prize …
*You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID (driver’s license or birth certificate) before prizes may be released. If you want someone else to pick up your prize, they must come with a letter from you and a photocopy of your official ID (driver’s license or birth certificate). The letter must name who will be picking up your prize and include their home telephone number. Please note the prize that you won and the date of winning.
*Prizes MUST be picked up within 30 days. The exception is concert tickets and winners have until the day of show to pick these up.
*Some prizes will not be awarded to winners who are under 18 years of age. In some specific cases, i.e. trip winners, parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner’s behalf.
*All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. There will be no substitutions. Stingray Radio is not responsible for exchanging a prize for concert/event that has been cancelled as these situations are beyond the control of Stingray Radio.
*30 Day Rule: Only one person per household is eligible to win a prize valued at $250 or less on 96.3 The Breeze within any 30 Day period, unless otherwise stated.
*Major Promotions: Only one person per household is eligible to qualify or win a prize from a Major Promotion valued at over $250 once every 6 months, or valued at $1,000 once per year. Examples of Major Promotions are Dream Weaver, Last Prize Standing, etc.
*The winner has 30 days to redeem their prize (unless otherwise instructed by Stingray Radio Edmonton) from the time the prize is available.
*Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any way in the CKRA FM/96.3 The Breeze contests posted on our website and mobile app.
