96.3 The Breeze Backyard Wine Down

No purchase necessary. To enter visit www.963thebreeze.com and fill out the contest entry form under Backyard Wine Down in the contest section of the site with your name, address, phone number.  Please note that entrant must be the home owner of location; cannot be a rental property.

The Contest is open to all residents of Edmonton and area, eighteen (18) years of age or older, excluding residents of Quebec, employees of 96.3 THE BREEZE, Stingray Radio, its parent company, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, participating sponsors and any persons residing in their respective households.

96.3 THE BREEZE will host 6 Backyard Wine Downs between May 15 & August 21, 2025. Each Backyard Wine Down Party will consist of:

• One Backyard Wine Down, hosted in winner’s back yard on pre-determined date
• 96.3 THE BREEZE will provide charcutier foods from The Italian Centre Shop and Wine Tasting from Baseline Wine & Spirits for up to 20 people.
• Winner to provide additional food and beverages for guests
• Winner to provide space for Backyard Wine Down event (rain or shine).  In the event of rain/bad weather on day of Backyard Wine Down Party, winner will need to host inside their home

Winners that are drawn must be able to receive the 96.3 THE BREEZE Backyard Wine Down Party on the date indicated at time of Winner call.  In the event that winner cannot host the 96.3 THE BREEZE Backyard Wine Down Party on stated date, a new name will be drawn.

In order to claim the “96.3 THE BREEZE Backyard Wine Down Party”, the selected entrant must first have correctly answered, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question posed at registration. The selected entrant will be required to sign a release and waiver form before being declared the winner. 96.3 THE BREEZE judges’ rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the Grand Prize.

People who have won a 96.3 THE BREEZE Backyard Wine Down Party within the past four (4) years cannot enter or win again.

 Each 96.3 THE BREEZE Backyard Wine Down Party must be accepted in its entirety and as awarded.  There is no CASH value to the 96.3 THE BREEZE Backyard Wine Down Party(s) or the prize related to it.

Entries must be submitted by the home/property owner.  96.3 THE BREEZE who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged property while hosting a Backyard Wine Down Party.  One entry per household.

Some restrictions on some of the prizes awarded may apply. Only one “Official Qualifier” per

household is allowed, and you can only qualify once. Please note that if 96.3 THE BREEZE has hosted a Backyard Wine Down Party or Block Party at your home within the last 4 years, you are not eligible for entry.  If the identity of an Official Qualifier is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Official Qualifier. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. An Official Qualifier may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.

The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).

All decisions of the judges are final. 96.3 THE BREEZE reserves the right to modify these official rules as necessary.

All entries become property of 96.3 THE BREEZE who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. 96.3 THE BREEZE reserves the right, in its sole discretion; to cancel or suspend the email portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Newcap Radio corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, 96.3 THE BREEZE reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants.

All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by 96.3 THE BREEZE.

96.3 THE BREEZE takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.

By entering this contest, each contestant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, and city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by 96.3 THE BREEZE and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. Winners consent to their photograph being taken by 96.3 THE BREEZE for such use, without further compensation.

96.3 THE BREEZE is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by the entrant unless the entrant provides 96.3 THE BREEZE with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form.

This contest will run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by 96.3 THE BREEZE. Contestants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the contest. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counteroffer, except as set out herein.
